Trying to figure out if price is all inclusive or if there are any additional fees that will pop up beyond the 3 fees that show before I check out ( car rental, tax, airport charge)

None. But there is Mandatory Insurance:-
You must purchase the insurance the desk on arrival. Depending on which level you choose. You should budget for an extra $20 per day. This applies to ALL rentals in Mexico, from any/all companies.
